Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies across 15+ categories
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management for $20M+ annual spend
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 15% reduction in TCO
- Oversee supplier relationship management and performance analytics
- Drive digital transformation through ERP system optimization (SAP/Ariba)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
- Manage cross-functional procurement projects with 6+ stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, risk management, and category planning
- Advanced proficiency in procurement analytics and ERP systems
- Proven track record of achieving 10%+ cost savings
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
