Qualifications

- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and contract lifecycle management
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost reduction targets
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar procurement platforms
