- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key categories reducing TCO by 15% annually
- Lead complex vendor negotiations securing multi-million dollar contracts with SLAs
- Implement digital procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa) to automate workflows
- Manage cross-functional category teams driving supplier diversity initiatives
- Analyze market trends and risk mitigation strategies for critical materials
- Oversee compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
- Lead procurement transformation projects with measurable ROI targets
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification required with MBA preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and contract lifecycle management
- Proven track record in vendor relationship management and category strategy
- Advanced proficiency in procurement analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience managing global supply chains with APAC focus
