Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and contract renewals for critical commodities
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction initiatives and process improvements
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement decisions
- Implement and maintain robust supplier diversity and sustainability programs
- Oversee procurement budget management and cost reporting
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration
- Drive digital transformation of procurement processes using ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Proven track record of cost reduction and process optimization
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of sustainability initiatives and ethical sourcing practices
