Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement cycles across 15+ categories, including IT, marketing, and facilities
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives and budget targets
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous cost reduction
- Analyze market trends and implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Leverage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to optimize procurement workflows and KPIs
- Mentor junior procurement professionals and cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement credentials
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and procurement technologies
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in international procurement and cross-cultural environments
