Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for $50M+ spend categories
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluation
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through data-driven sourcing and market analysis
- Manage cross-functional relationships with R&D, Operations, and Finance teams
- Implement and optimize e-procurement systems and process automation
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and sustainability procurement standards
- Mentor procurement analysts and junior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing/industrial sectors
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving 10-15% cost savings annually
- Expertise in total cost analysis, risk assessment, and supplier diversity
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in international supplier management
- Experience leading procurement transformation projects
