Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies across 15+ categories including IT hardware, marketing materials, and facility services
- Lead cross-functional sourcing projects with savings targets of $2M+ annually through market analysis and negotiation
- Manage vendor relationships with 50+ suppliers, conducting performance reviews and contract renewals
- Implement and maintain procurement policies compliant with ISO 20400 sustainability standards
- Analyze spend data using SAP Ariba to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs by 15%
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in managerial roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in category management, TCO analysis, and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of negotiating complex contracts with multi-national suppliers
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and data visualization tools
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency for vendor negotiations
