Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for key commodities
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Implement supplier risk management frameworks and ESG compliance programs
- Analyze market trends and data to drive cost reduction initiatives
- Manage a portfolio of 50+ strategic supplier relationships
- Optimize procurement processes using SAP Ariba and Coupa platforms
- Mentor junior procurement professionals and drive team KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in procurement with 5+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing cross-cultural supplier relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
