Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities reducing total cost of ownership by 15% annually
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes including RFQ/RFP management, negotiations, and contract lifecycle oversight
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to mitigate risks and identify innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and finance to align procurement with business objectives
- Manage and develop high-performing procurement team through mentorship and performance optimization
- Implement sustainable procurement practices aligning with ESG initiatives and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent designation
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar)
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings and process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
