Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Lead contract negotiations and maintain robust relationships with tier-one suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate potential disruptions.
- Oversee the full Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and financial policies.
- Manage a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement goals with organizational growth and budget requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual procurement budgets.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on value creation rather than just cost reduction.
- Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CSCP.
