Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives for direct and indirect categories.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to reduce costs and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and service level agreements with global vendors.
- Analyze market trends and internal spend data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Legal.
- Mentor junior procurement specialists to elevate team performance and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement or tactical purchasing.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Deep understanding of global logistics, trade compliance, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CPSM or APICS certification is highly preferred.
