Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global procurement strategies across 15+ countries
- Lead supplier negotiations for multi-million dollar contracts
- Implement sustainable sourcing initiatives aligned with ESG goals
- Manage procurement budgets exceeding $50M annually
- Oversee risk mitigation in supply chain operations
- Optimize vendor performance through KPI-driven analytics
- Lead cross-functional projects with engineering and finance teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and category management
- Strong data analytics and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Track record of cost reduction (>15% annually)
- APAC regional experience essential
