Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ categories
- Manage vendor relationships and performance metrics
- Lead cross-functional procurement projects with 20+ stakeholders
- Drive cost savings initiatives targeting 15% annual reduction
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 and local procurement regulations
- Analyze market trends to identify innovation opportunities
- Implement digital procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Coupa)
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ in managerial roles
- CIPS/CPIM certification required
- Proven experience in APAC sourcing and contract negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Experience in manufacturing or tech procurement preferred
