Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key commodities
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management for $50M+ spend
- Analyze market trends and data to drive cost savings initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and optimize procurement technologies and processes
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Advanced analytical skills with procurement data systems
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional procurement teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
