Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies to achieve significant cost savings.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing projects, including RFP development, vendor selection, and contract finalization.
- Cultivate and maintain high-value relationships with key strategic suppliers to ensure performance and quality.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and procurement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Legal, Finance, and Operations to streamline procurement workflows.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee procurement compliance and risk management protocols to protect the company's supply chain integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement or tactical purchasing.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement software (Coupa/Ariba).
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a deep understanding of contractual terms and risk mitigation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data to influence stakeholder decisions.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly desirable.
