- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align procurement goals with company objectives.
- Implement lean procurement processes and automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee supplier performance management, ensuring strict compliance with quality and ethical standards.
- Mentor junior procurement analysts and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and vendor contracts.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and procurement automation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar certification preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
