Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for IT hardware, software, and professional services
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management to secure optimal terms and mitigate risks
- Analyze market trends and cost drivers to identify savings opportunities
- Implement ESG-compliant sourcing initiatives aligned with global sustainability goals
- Manage procurement budget forecasting and expense tracking across departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Oversee supplier performance metrics and continuous improvement programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Advanced negotiation skills with demonstrable cost-saving achievements
- Experience managing global supply chains and cross-cultural vendor relationships
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) for procurement insights
- Strong understanding of Singapore's procurement regulations and compliance standards
