Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead negotiations with global suppliers to secure favorable terms and contracts
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining supplier quality standards
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQ, RFP, and contract lifecycle
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to inform procurement decisions
- Mentor procurement team and foster cross-departmental collaboration
- Drive sustainability initiatives in vendor selection and procurement practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement software
- Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills
- Experience managing APAC supply chains and cross-cultural negotiations
- Strong leadership with experience developing high-performing teams
