Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities, achieving 15%+ annual cost savings
- Lead supplier relationship management with Fortune 500 partners, negotiating contracts and SLAs
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions and geopolitical volatility
- Drive sustainability initiatives by integrating ESG criteria into procurement processes
- Lead digital transformation of procurement workflows using SAP Ariba and Coupa platforms
- Manage $50M+ annual procurement budget with rigorous financial controls
- Mentor a team of 5 procurement specialists and analysts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and contract negotiation
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives in manufacturing or retail
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market intelligence
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
