Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Fluency in English with Mandarin advantageous
