Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for indirect materials and services across 15+ categories
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Tier 1 suppliers to secure favorable terms and SLAs
- Implement category management strategies using SAP Ariba and Coupa platforms
- Analyze market trends and conduct total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling
- Manage supplier risk assessment and contingency planning initiatives
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ESG-compliant vendor selection
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and optimize team workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Proactis)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proven track record of achieving 10-15% cost reduction targets
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
