Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category management strategies for direct and indirect spend.
- Lead high-value contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Legal, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to payment, ensuring strict compliance with company policies.
- Mentor and guide a team of procurement specialists to foster professional growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven track record of delivering significant cost reductions and process improvements.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets for decision-making.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of contract law and risk management.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is strongly preferred.
