Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies for direct and indirect categories.
- Negotiate master service agreements and complex vendor contracts to ensure favorable terms and risk mitigation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance metrics to proactively manage supply chain volatility.
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procurement policies.
- Manage key supplier relationships to foster long-term partnerships and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze spend data to provide actionable business intelligence to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic procurement or tactical sourcing.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and vendor management within a global environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure deadlines and complex projects.
