- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging suppliers and trends
- Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing and sustainability standards
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and build team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in managerial roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and procurement analytics tools
- Strong negotiation skills with track record of 15%+ cost savings
- Experience managing cross-border procurement in APAC region
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
