Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations and manage relationships with Fortune 500 suppliers
- Analyze market trends and implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Drive sustainability initiatives including ESG compliance and circular economy models
- Oversee procurement budget ($25M+) and deliver 10-15% annual cost savings
- Mentor procurement team and implement process improvements using ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and cost analysis
- Proven success negotiating multi-million dollar contracts
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
