Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for $50M+ annual spend
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance optimization
- Implement and maintain procurement systems (SAP/Ariba) with data-driven analytics
- Drive cost savings initiatives through strategic sourcing and process automation
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ESG procurement standards
- Manage cross-functional procurement teams and mentor procurement professionals
- Conduct market research and risk assessment for critical commodities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract law, and cost analysis
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP, Oracle, Coupa)
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent negotiation skills with international vendor management experience
