Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFQ, RFP, and contract negotiations
- Lead supplier relationship management and performance evaluation initiatives
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Implement and maintain procurement policies compliant with ISO 20400 standards
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in procurement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract lifecycle
- Proven track record of achieving cost reduction targets (15%+ annually)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and analytical skills with commercial acumen
- Fluency in English with strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
