Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ categories, driving 15%+ annual cost savings
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Fortune 500 suppliers, securing favorable terms and contracts
- Implement and optimize e-procurement platforms to enhance process efficiency and data visibility
- Conduct rigorous supplier risk assessments and develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
- Lead sustainability initiatives, including ESG compliance and circular economy integration
- Analyze market trends and leverage data analytics to identify procurement optimization opportunities
- Mentor a team of 4 procurement specialists, fostering continuous improvement and professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in strategic sourcing leadership
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or CIPS designation required
- Proven track record of negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts with complex terms
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle)
- Expertise in data-driven procurement analytics and KPI reporting
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and cross-border sourcing
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
