Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-category sourcing strategies with $50M+ annual spend oversight
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to secure optimal terms and mitigate risks
- Implement e-procurement systems and digital transformation initiatives
- Analyze market trends and leverage data analytics for cost reduction opportunities
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing policies
- Lead cross-departmental procurement projects with measurable ROI targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in SRM systems (SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle)
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and category management
- Advanced Excel/Power BI skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing international supplier networks and logistics
- Strong negotiation skills with complex contract management expertise
