Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for strategic commodities across 5+ countries
- Develop and execute category strategies with 15%+ cost reduction targets
- Manage relationships with Fortune 500 suppliers and negotiate complex contracts
- Implement procurement automation tools and process improvements
- Drive ESG compliance in vendor selection and supply chain transparency
- Lead cross-functional projects with R&D, Finance, and Operations teams
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and build high-performing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings targets
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams in APAC region
