Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials and MRO supplies across 15+ countries
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans with 20% annual cost reduction targets
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with Fortune 500 suppliers
- Implement ESG procurement standards and sustainable sourcing initiatives
- Analyze market trends and mitigate supply chain risks using predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional projects with engineering, finance, and operations teams
- Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and Singapore Green Plan 2030 requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in managerial roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expert proficiency in SAP SRM and Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Proven track record in international vendor management and contract negotiation
- Advanced data analysis skills with Tableau/Power BI
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
