Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for hardware/software categories with $50M+ annual spend
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers for enterprise contracts
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 15% annual reduction in TCO
- Oversee supplier risk management programs including ESG compliance audits
- Drive digital transformation through procurement automation and data analytics
- Mentor a team of 5 procurement specialists through performance coaching
- Collaborate with finance on budget forecasting and spend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years procurement experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement credentials
- Expertise in SAP Ariba and e-sourcing platforms
- Proven track record of $10M+ cost savings in complex supply chains
- Strong knowledge of APAC trade regulations and customs procedures
- Experience managing global supplier relationships across 3+ countries
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for spend analytics
