Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities across North America
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts with Fortune 500 vendors
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes
- Conduct market analysis and risk assessment for supply chain resilience
- Drive sustainability initiatives in vendor selection and supplier diversity programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and contract negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making abilities
