Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement cycles for strategic commodities, ensuring cost savings of 15-20% annually
- Develop and maintain relationships with 50+ key suppliers across electronics and manufacturing sectors
- Implement and optimize ERP procurement modules (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Conduct market analysis and risk assessments for supply chain vulnerabilities
- Drive sustainability initiatives through vendor scorecard programs
- Mentor a team of 3 procurement specialists and analysts
- Collaborate with legal to draft and review complex vendor contracts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in management roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and procurement analytics tools
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance
- Experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple countries
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly desirable
