Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with corporate goals and market trends
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and risk mitigation initiatives
- Analyze market data and KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle including RFQs, vendor selection, and performance evaluation
- Manage cross-functional projects ensuring seamless integration with operations, finance, and logistics
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ethical sourcing and supplier diversity programs
- Mentor procurement team and foster continuous development of procurement best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and procurement analytics tools
- Proven track record of strategic sourcing and cost reduction initiatives
- Exceptional negotiation skills with contract management experience
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
