Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for key commodities (IT equipment, logistics services, raw materials)
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management for $50M+ annual spend
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Implement e-procurement systems to streamline purchasing processes
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct periodic performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and sustainability procurement standards
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ in managerial roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost reduction targets
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency advantageous
