Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead vendor negotiations for complex contracts worth $10M+
- Implement cost-saving initiatives across global supply chains
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement processes
- Oversee procurement budget optimization and forecasting
- Train and mentor junior procurement professionals
- Utilize ERP systems for data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Proven track record of cost reduction initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience managing international supplier networks
