Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-million dollar strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Fortune 500 suppliers to achieve 15-20% cost reduction targets
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions and vendor compliance
- Oversee e-procurement platform optimization and process automation initiatives
- Mentor a team of 5 procurement specialists through performance-driven leadership
- Analyze market trends to drive innovation in sustainable procurement practices
- Collaborate with finance and operations to align procurement with corporate ESG goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Proven track record of delivering $5M+ annual savings through negotiation and process optimization
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and Coupa procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market research
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
