Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for key categories (IT, Marketing, Facilities)
- Lead complex contract negotiations with Fortune 500 suppliers
- Implement cost-saving initiatives targeting 15% annual reduction
- Manage supplier relationships across 50+ global vendors
- Drive ESG compliance in procurement processes
- Oversee digital procurement transformation (ERP/SRM implementation)
- Analyze market trends and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor 3+ procurement specialists
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification mandatory
- Expertise in SRM systems (Ariba, Coupa, SAP)
- Proven track record in cost reduction and contract optimization
- Advanced data analysis skills (Power BI, Excel)
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams
