Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across 15+ categories, achieving 15%+ annual cost savings
- Lead supplier relationship management for 50+ global vendors, negotiating contracts and SLAs
- Drive sustainability initiatives by implementing ESG-focused procurement metrics
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from RFQ to PO closure using SAP Ariba
- Analyze market trends and risk factors to optimize supply chain resilience
- Mentor 3 junior procurement analysts and lead cross-functional sourcing projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in management
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Proven track record of delivering $2M+ annual savings initiatives
- Strong negotiation skills with international supplier networks
