Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across multiple commodity categories
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance metrics
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement procurement best practices
- Analyze market trends and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and industry regulations
- Drive digital transformation in procurement processes and systems
- Manage annual procurement budget and ROI analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier diversity
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
- Proven track record of achieving 10%+ annual cost savings
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
