Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key categories including IT hardware, logistics services, and raw materials
- Lead vendor negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship management for 50+ global partners
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost optimization opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Operations, Finance, Engineering) to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Implement and maintain procurement systems (SAP Ariba) while ensuring compliance with ISO 20400 sustainability standards
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement professional designation
- Expert proficiency in SAP Ariba or similar e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings in complex sourcing categories
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin preferred for APAC markets
