- Lead complex vendor negotiations with Fortune 500 suppliers, achieving 12-15% average cost savings
- Implement ESG procurement initiatives including carbon footprint tracking and supplier diversity programs
- Oversee procurement technology stack including SAP Ariba and Coupa optimization
- Manage $50M+ annual spend budget with 98% on-time delivery performance
- Lead cross-functional projects with R&D, Operations, and Finance teams
- Mentor procurement specialists and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years procurement experience with 5+ years in strategic sourcing management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven track record of 10%+ cost savings in technology or manufacturing sectors
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market intelligence
