- Manage vendor lifecycle: onboarding, performance reviews, and contract renewals
- Analyze market trends and data to inform sourcing decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on RFP development and execution
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and sustainability procurement standards
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 7+ years procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record of negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Advanced data analysis and risk management skills
- Experience managing $5M+ procurement budgets
