Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve supply security.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from RFx creation to contract negotiation and final vendor selection.
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to forecast price fluctuations and adjust sourcing plans accordingly.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, and R&D to ensure alignment on procurement goals.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks.
- Implement sustainable procurement initiatives to enhance the company's ESG profile.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the junior procurement team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPSM certification is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Proven track record of successful high-stakes contract negotiations.
- Deep understanding of global trade regulations, logistics, and supply chain risk management.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
