Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key categories
- Lead complex negotiations with global suppliers to secure optimal terms
- Manage supplier performance and risk assessment frameworks
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards
- Oversee procurement budget and KPI monitoring
- Implement sustainable procurement practices and ethical sourcing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and cost analysis
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa)
- Proven track record in vendor relationship management
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency advantageous
