Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global procurement strategies across 15+ categories
- Lead complex negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Implement and manage ERP systems (SAP/Ariba) for procurement workflows
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Oversee supplier risk assessments and sustainability compliance
- Manage a $25M+ annual procurement budget
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and cross-functional teams
- Drive digital transformation in procurement processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain management with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and category management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP procurement modules
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings
- Experience managing international supplier portfolios
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
