Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for key commodities across APAC markets
- Negotiate complex vendor contracts with Fortune 500 partners
- Implement and optimize procurement workflows using SAP Ariba
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage supplier risk assessments and contingency planning
- Mentor junior procurement specialists through structured training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain management with APAC experience
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Proven track record in strategic vendor negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages a plus)
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG sectors
