Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-category sourcing strategies across electronics, industrial equipment, and raw materials
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to secure favorable terms and SLAs
- Implement and manage supplier relationship management (SRM) systems for 200+ vendors
- Analyze market trends and leverage data analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee procurement budgets exceeding $50M with 98% on-time delivery compliance
- Ensure adherence to ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
- Mentor junior procurement specialists through structured training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ in management roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of delivering 15-20% cost savings in complex categories
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market intelligence and risk assessment
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued for APAC markets
