Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for $50M+ annual procurement spend
- Lead negotiations with key suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery terms
- Implement and manage procurement KPIs including cost savings and supplier performance
- Oversee supplier risk management programs and ensure supply chain resilience
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ethical sourcing and carbon footprint reduction
- Manage cross-functional procurement projects using Agile methodologies
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and build high-performing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management abilities
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance standards
